Piept de curcan cu sos gorgonzola

    Socrii mei cresc curcani, asa ca mereu am prin congelator carne de curcan. Asa ca fapt divers, un piept de curcan are 7-9 kg :).

Gratar stie toata lumea sa faca, sunt convinsa :), asa ca nu voi explica laboriosul procedeu :).
Sosul gorgonzola e delicios, te lingi pe degete, nu alta !
Am folosit 150 g Gorgonzola, 100 ml smantana lichida si 50 grame unt.
Am topit untul, am adaugat Gorgonzola taiata mai marunt, am omogenizat amestecul, am adaugat smantana si putina sare.
Atat !
Si am servit alaturi de varzuca rosie murata si cartofi piure.
